Terms and Conditions of booking and cancellation :
- Deposit: 30% deposit of the total amount. It will be debited at the booking date.
- Booking is effective when this amount is credited on our account.
- In case of cancellation at least one month before the stay, the account will be reimbursed less 20 euros for registration charges.
- In case of cancellation less than one month and more than seven days the deposit is granted to « La Villa § Spa ».
- In case of cancellation less than seven days before the stay, the account is granted to La Villa which is also allowed to claim the total amount of booking.
- In case of arrival after 8 pm without having notified La Villa , the room is considered as available.
Extended conditions:
- An extra charge of 2.60 euros for local tax per person /day is due.
- The balance of the total amount must be paid in euros or dirhams at the arrival.
In case of shortered stay the amount paid is granted to La Villa David.
- Meals and extras will be paid by the end of the stay.
- Any payment by credit card is submitted to 5 % extra charges for bank fees.
- As the Villa has many stairs it is not recommended to book for children or people with reduced mobility to avoid any accident.
- Animals are not admitted.
- The payment of the deposit constitutes the acceptance and the respect of all the above conditions.
- The exchange rate will be the interbanks rate at the date.
